Experience aligning Administrative Plans and ACOPs with current HUD and HOTMA requirements. Focus on ensuring policies are both compliant and operationally workable.
Skilled in identifying patterns of non-compliance, file deficiencies, and operational risk areas. Focus on improving accuracy, consistency, and overall program integrity.
Experience working within key housing systems, including PIC, EIV, Yardi, and LOCCS. Understanding how compliance issues translate into system reporting and documentation.
